In this role, you will play a critical part in leading transformational change projects. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering organisational change initiatives aimed at aligning the people strategy with future business needs. This will include overseeing restructures, managing organisational redesigns, and supporting business-wide cultural change.
Naturally, with change comes complexity; you will also be heavily involved in managing the resulting employee relations (ER) matters, including consultations, employee engagement, and risk mitigation strategies. You will lead and influence at a strategic level, shaping the people agenda across the Channel Islands operation.
While you will oversee and mentor a small team of HR Managers, your primary focus will be on building and embedding a robust long-term people strategy, driving engagement, improving workforce capability through strategic workforce planning, and developing leadership and talent pipelines across a multi-site, customer-facing environment.
If you are an experienced HR leader who is ready for a role that combines strategic impact, hands-on leadership, and a unique element of adventure, we would love to hear from you.
