Senior HR Business Partner - 12-15 Month Maternity Cover

I am seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading global professional services client in London on a 12-15 month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic, high-performing HR team within a prestigious organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a financial service, legal, or LLP environment (within the last four years) - this is essential.
  • Ability to support a workforce of at least 300 employees, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change within a complex, fast-paced business.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.

The Role:

  • Partnering with senior leaders and managers to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Leading on employee relations matters, advising on best practices, and mitigating risk.
  • Supporting organisational change, restructuring, and talent development.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.
