HR Business Partner | Permanent | North London | up to £60K | Retail Sector | On-Site
We\’re hiring an HR Business Partner for a well-established retail business in North London. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing HR pro with experience in HR analytics, reward, or benefits, as well as strong ER exposure looking to move into a more strategic, influential role.
In this role, you\’ll work closely with senior leaders, using people data to inform decision-making, drive performance, and shape future-focused initiatives. You\’ll also manage and develop a small team, making this a strong next step if you\’re ready for line management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use HR data and insights to influence people strategy and business outcomes
- Lead on reward, benefits, and DEI projects
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
- Manage and develop two HR team members
Essential Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, large-scale environment (1,000+ employees)
- Proven direct line Management experience
- Background in retail, hospitality, or media
- Confident working with HR systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Commercially minded, data-literate, and people-focused
