Ashley Kate is supporting a reputable business in recruiting a permanent HR Advisor based in Leigh.

Location: Leigh (site-based)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Circa £35,000

The successful candidate will advise, coach, and support the HR Business Partner and management teams with HR support for the operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and coach managers on managing ER cases effectively.
  • Manage attraction, recruitment, and onboarding activities; support managers in attracting and recruiting top talent.
  • Assist with managing team performance.
  • Review and analyze KPIs, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information.

Candidate Requirements

  • Solid experience as a generalist, preferably within a manufacturing environment or similar.
  • Experience handling ER cases, demonstrated at interview.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law.
