An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a highly respected and people-focused organisation based in the Hinkley area. This is a pivotal role, acting as the primary HR contact at the Hinckley site (70 employees), supporting a total headcount of 184 across 2 locations. You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Project Manager, who drive a strong values‑driven environment.
The Role
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Starters, leavers, onboarding, inductions & probation management
- Absence, performance & compliance administration
- Recruitment support (JD creation, adverts, offers, onboarding packs)
- Payroll changes & contract updates
- HR data management & weekly reporting
- Supporting engagement, ESG initiatives & HR events
- Training coordination and working with external partners
- Systems management

About You
An experienced HR Administrator, ideally CIPD level 3 or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, a strong team player and relationship builder. You will ideally be systems savvy and comfortable working independently on site.
