We are partnering with a well-established, fast-paced organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function and support the delivery of key business objectives. This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic people objectives
- Provide expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Coach and support managers to build capability, engagement, and performance
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and deliver training and development workshops
- Manage, develop, and performance manage the HR team
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and commercially focused
