People Advisor – Fixed Term Contract (12 months) | £31,500 pa | Charity | immediate start The role involves travelling 1-2 times a week, primarily around the Bromley and Bexley areas, with occasional trips to Hastings, the rest of the time you will be based from home therefore we are looking for candidates based in the Kent area for ease. As People Advisor , you will provide essential HR support across a range of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment law and company policies. You will support line managers in managing the workforce effectively and efficiently, ensuring all processes align with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance, absence, and performance management. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from drafting job adverts to conducting interviews and supporting on boarding.
