Are you an experienced HR Business Partner available for a contract role?Ashley Kate HR & Finance are seeking an immediately available candidate for our growing Tech client, based in Birmingham. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a start date in February. The successful candidate will support the company's EMEA population. With approximately 2,300 employees globally you will support 400 people within the remit of this role.This is an office-based role, requiring 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home.Key Responsibilities: Support and provide expertise on UK employment law, with a focus on acquisitions, redundancies, contract negotiations, and disciplinary/grievance management. Lead on disciplinary and grievance cases and support benefits management Primarily operational in focus (80%), with day-to-day management of the HR inbox and handling queries efficiently. Identify training and coaching needs, and facilitate leadership development training Manage acquisitions, restructures, and redundancies, with typical headcounts of around 15 employees per acquisition (2-3 per year).
