The role will be hybrid with ideally 1-2 days a week on site in central Birmingham. HR Operations Advisor – Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line HR support to employees via phone, email, and self-service portals, ensuring timely and effective responses to enquiries. Administer employee data updates and manage HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes. Assist with the implementation of HR policies, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organisation.
