Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be supporting our client in the Birmingham area as they recruit a permanent HR Business Partner to join their team. This organisation is extremely successful in what they do and mirrors this in their strong people culture.
Are you a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner looking to make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior stakeholders, driving the people agenda and supporting the firm's continued success. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be based in their Birmingham office (Hybrid with 1 day working from home).
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Working closely with Partners and leadership teams, you will provide expert advice on:
- Talent management
- Employee relations
- Organisational development
- Succession planning
- Leadership development
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR support
- Lead on talent development, succession planning, and performance management
- Partner with teams to drive employee engagement
- Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and compliance
- Analysing skills gaps and working alongside the Talent team to implement leadership development programmes
- Lead on change management and workforce planning projects
What We're Looking For:
- MCIPD professional status (or equivalent experience)
- A strong background in HR business partnering, with experience advising on complex employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and change programs
- Proven experience of partnering with senior managers to influence and drive organisational and people performance
- A data-driven mindset, with experience of using insights to influence business decisions and workforce strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and coaching skills
