Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting manufacturing teams within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
You'll be a visible presence across the site, partnering with managers to drive performance, build management capability and deliver pragmatic HR suppo rt. Key Responsibili
- ties Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performa
- nce. Coach and influence managers to confidently manage people issues and improve team performa
- nce. Build strong relationships across the manufacturing operation, acting as a trusted HR part
- ner. Lead recruitment for production and management-level vacanc
- ies. Support performance and talent initiatives, ensuring development plans are implemented and followed thro
- ugh. Support organisational change and HR proje
- cts. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, Health & Safety and Food Safety standa

- ment. Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage complex casework independe

- ills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environ
