Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting manufacturing teams within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You'll be a visible presence across the site, partnering with managers to drive performance, build management capability and deliver pragmatic HR suppo rt. Key Responsibili

  • ties Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performa
  • nce. Coach and influence managers to confidently manage people issues and improve team performa
  • nce. Build strong relationships across the manufacturing operation, acting as a trusted HR part
  • ner. Lead recruitment for production and management-level vacanc
  • ies. Support performance and talent initiatives, ensuring development plans are implemented and followed thro
  • ugh. Support organisational change and HR proje
  • cts. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, Health & Safety and Food Safety standa
  • rds. Maintain a visible presence across the factory, proactively identifying issues and driving improveme nts. Abou
  • t You Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role within manufacturing, food manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced operational environ
  • ment. Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage complex casework independe
  • ntly. Excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management sk
  • ills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environ
  • ment. CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) is desir able. Be
