HR Business Partner | up to £50K | Hybrid | Hertfordshire
A great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation going through continued change and development. This is a hands-on generalist role, partnering with managers across the full employee lifecycle and taking the lead on complex people matters.
Key focus:
• Complex, high-volume ER casework – disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
• Investigations, hearings and outcome reports
• Organisational change, restructures and TUPE
• Employment law and HR best-practice advice
• HR policy development and review
• Strong stakeholder partnering across multiple service areas
What we’re looking for:
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
• Background in local government or public sector - ESSENTIAL
• Strong end-to-end ER experience
• Proven change management and TUPE experience
• Confident communicator who can influence and challenge managers
