Training Partner Uxbridge β on site Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:15-4:45 | Friday 8:15-12:15 Are you an experienced engineering or blue-collar professional with a passion for developing people? Do you thrive in hands-on manufacturing environments and want to play a key role in building a skilled workforce for the next 20 years? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are partnering with a leading defence manufacturer looking for a Training Partner to take the lead on workforce development within their production teams. This is a highly visible role where you\βll ensure induction, onboarding, and continuous development for a skilled workforce of around (Apply online only) people. What you\βll do: Lead and facilitate training programs, including blended learning, for existing and new staff. Ensure all learning complies with strict quality and safety standards required for defence manufacturing. Work closely with the Senior Team Leader and other training partners to maintain consistent training practices across multiple manufacturing cells. Manage training records and demonstrate compliance through the Skill Station system (with administrative support available). Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on where needed, this isn\βt a desk-only role!What we\βre looking for: Solid training experience, in a production/manufacturing environment. Experience facilitating training or coaching in a hands-on setting. Ability to navigate strict quality and safety regulations. Strong organisational skills to manage training records and schedules. A collaborative, stable, and adaptable approach β you\βll be joining a well-established team of training partners.
