We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing team, supporting outsourced payroll operations across EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payrolls while juggling multiple deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple EMEA & APAC regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery.
- Handle high‑volume payroll cycles, often running several payrolls simultaneously across different frequencies.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, employees, and internal teams regarding payroll queries and regional compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure seamless outsourced payroll delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regional legislation, statutory requirements, and payroll best practices.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Support process improvements, system enhancements, and standardisation across global payroll operations.
- Ensure all employee lifecycle changes (new starters, leavers, transfers, benefits, allowances) are processed accurately.
- Work closely with Finance and HR teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
- Proven experience in multi‑country payroll, ideally across both EMEA and APAC.
- Strong background in high‑volume payroll and outsourced payroll environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different time zones.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and regional variations.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment.
