We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with a strong background in the education sector to support the growth of their contracts function and help shape the frameworks that underpin their research partnerships.

This is a senior position in a fast paced environment, overseeing complex contracts across academic institutions, public sector bodies, and commercial partners. You will work closely with senior leaders, researchers, and external stakeholders to drive compliance, clarity, and efficient project delivery.

You will bring substantial experience in contract management, with proven and essential exposure to the education sector. Your background will include a strong understanding of intellectual property, licensing, and wider commercial agreements, enabling you to navigate complex contractual environments with confidence. You will be adept at managing a broad range of stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and negotiating effectively to secure positive outcomes.
