Be the person who keeps everything moving!

Exceptional EA's don't just manage diaries, they create capacity, anticipate challenges before they arise, and become the trusted right hand to senior leaders.

We're partnering with a prestigious, high-profile organisation to appoint an outstanding Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, decisions move quickly, and every day brings something different.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action.

You'll work alongside influential senior leaders, building trusted relationships, navigating competing demands, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

If you're someone who loves bringing order to complexity, thinks three steps ahead, and takes genuine pride in making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional EA position.

You'll become a trusted business partner to senior leadership, managing competing priorities, coordinating complex activity, and ensuring executives can focus on leading the business with confidence.

You'll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems, improve processes, and build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as the calm, organised centre of a busy and ever-changing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of a broad and varied remit, including

  • Managing complex, ever-changing executive diaries and priorities.
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, Board sessions and high-profile stakeholder engagements.
  • Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Preparing presentations, Board papers, reports, agendas and briefing packs.
  • Acting as the key liaison for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing confidential correspondence, communications and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting strategic projects and ensuring key initiatives stay on track.
  • Coordinating leadership events, workshops, conferences and corporate functions.
  • Processing expenses and supporting wider executive administration.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Handling highly confidential information with absolute professionalism and discretion.

About You

You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident operating at senior leadership level and enjoys working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

You'll bring

  • Previous experience supporting Directors, Executive teams or C-suite leaders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at every level.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, you don't wait to be asked.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent judgement.
  • High levels of discretion, resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.

Experience gained in fast-paced commercial environment is essential

Why You'll Love This Role

This is an opportunity to become a genuinely valued member of the senior leadership team rather than simply providing administrative support.

You'll enjoy

  • Working directly alongside influential senior leaders.
  • Exposure to strategic projects and business-critical initiatives.
  • A varied role where no two days are ever the same.
  • A collaborative, ambitious and supportive culture.
  • The opportunity to influence how things are done and make a real impact.
