This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of HR, helping to shape the future of a business operating across the UK and Ireland.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites
- Managing complex ER and organisational change projects
- Supporting restructures and business transformation initiatives
- Coaching and influencing managers at all levels
- Driving consistency, engagement and continuous improvement
- Playing a key role in shaping the future HR function
What we're looking for:
- Experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
- Multi-site experience
- Strong ER and change management expertise
- Background within contact centres, insurance, financial services or other regulated environments
- Commercial, pragmatic and hands-on approach
