Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hybrid Role: 2 days remote working, up to 3 days travel per week (mileage paid)

About the Role

Ashley Kate HR is proud to be partnering with a respected national charitable organisation in their search for a Regional HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner looking to step up into a strategic and high-impact role. You'll be supporting multiple sites across the South and Southwest of the UK, working closely with leadership teams and employees to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on a range of HR and employee relations issues.
  • Manage TUPE transfers and provide expert ER support.
  • Guide managers on performance management, employee development, and engagement.
  • Support and conduct thorough and objective investigations.
  • Implement and lead HR initiatives aligned to business needs.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and resourcing strategies.
  • Use HR data and insights to identify trends and develop solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes in collaboration with the wider team.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and self-motivated HR professional who is comfortable working across multiple sites and managing a varied workload.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards/equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including TUPE.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
  • Willing to travel regionally and stay overnight when required.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Charity, Care or healthcare sector is an advantage, but not essential.
