We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a large-scale project based in Ramsgate until the end of October 2026. This is a fully on-site role supporting a major TUPE and consultation programme affecting approximately 1,200 employees. You will be working closely with the HR team and project leads, providing end-to-end administrative and transactional support throughout the process.
Duties will include:
- Producing and issuing employee letters and documentation
- Managing HR inboxes and employee communications
- Supporting consultation scheduling and coordination
- Updating HR systems and maintaining accurate records
- Tracking documentation and project activity
- Supporting compliance and audit requirements throughout the project
- General HR administrative support to the wider team
This role is to start immediately. Due to the nature of the site, security vetting is required. Therefore, you must:
- Have resided in the UK continuously for the last 3 years
- Not have left the UK for more than 30 days at any one time during that period
- Hold either a UK passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain with a valid share code
Please note, due to the site location, public transport is not accessible, therefore you will need access to a vehicle.
