Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our not-for-profit client, passionate about serving the Burton community with a clear purpose. This is a part time role (18.5 hours), on a 12 month FTC. The salary will be pro rata. Based in Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid).

The role:

  • HR advice & L&D delivery - Work with managers and stakeholders to provide quality HR support and deliver learning and development activity.
  • Manage external providers - Source and oversee external training partners to ensure value and quality.
  • Evaluate learning impact - Use feedback and data to assess effectiveness and improve our development offer.
  • Hands-on facilitation and delivery of training.
  • Manage HR & Training systems ensuring compliance.
  • Manage data and reporting - Analyse learning needs and recommend improvements.
  • Stakeholder management - Influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
  • Advice & Guidance to management on policies and process.
  • Support wider HR activities around Employee Relations, Recruitment, Policy development.
