Ashley Kate are recruiting on behalf of our valued client in the Nottingham area, seeking a Temporary HR Advisor to support an industrial workforce during a busy period.
The role is hybrid based in Nottingham, full-time, up to 3 months with potential extension.
You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, union engagement, and the full employee lifecycle, guiding managers and safeguarding compliant outcomes on disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters.
