We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing a first-class administrative service across the employee lifecycle.
Supporting a fast-paced business environment, you will play a key role in ensuring all HR transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
The role:
- Processing all HR administration relating to the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.
- Producing offer letters, contracts of employment, and HR correspondence.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within the HR system.
- Supporting payroll by processing employee changes and providing relevant information.
- Managing HR inbox queries and responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Administering absence, holiday, maternity, paternity, and other employee benefits records.
- Assisting with compliance checks, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Producing reports and HR metrics as required.
- Providing administrative support to the wider HR team and managers across the business.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous HR administration experience, ideally within a busy HR environment.
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Is confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Understands the importance of handling confidential information.
- Holds, or is working towards, a CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
