Package circa £100k
Permanent and Full time
North West based – travel across NW required
As the Director of People, you will be the expert voice on everything HR related across the business, demonstrating strong leadership and partnering closely with senior leaders.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for refreshing and delivering on the People and Culture strategy.
- Ensure the day to day delivery of People activities is customer focused and supporting high quality delivery.
- Ensure effective monitoring and reporting across the People agenda.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports.
- Work closely with all key stakeholders to shape the development of a high-performing People support service.
- Support the organisation to meet and deliver its growth and development agenda.
- Oversee in house monthly payroll.
- Responsible for setting a clear direction contributing to the Annual Business Plan and associated budget.
We are looking for:
- Proven background as a HR Director, leading on People strategy design and delivery.
- Strong record of leadership within a senior level role.
- Excellent experience thinking strategically and delivering high performance.
- Experience of creating and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Knowledge or experience overseeing complex inhouse payroll.
- Background with delivering significant people transformation projects.
