Contract: Temporary | Full-Time

I'm pleased to be supporting our client, a well established organisation within the not for profit sector, in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running, providing expert HR support across a range of employee relations matters while contributing to key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
  • Partner with managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Support and deliver HR projects, including organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and support managers in resolving people issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports where required.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People team to deliver an efficient and professional HR service.

About You

  • Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
  • Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases.
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
