Ashley Kate HR & Finance is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established business in Leigh. In this full-time, site-based role, the successful candidate will advise and support managers with employee relations cases while managing recruitment and onboarding activities.
Ideal candidates will have FMCG experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law. Key responsibilities also include supporting performance management and reviewing HR KPIs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a generalist HR background, particularly in a manufacturing context.
