Looking for a part time HR opportunity? I am delighted to be partnering with a fantastic business as they look to recruit for a Permanent People Advisor, based in Leeds.
Part time – 21 hours a week

Up to £35k Full time equivalent
As the People Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to employees on a range of HR related matters, covering a true generalist remit.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coach and support line managers to provide development to build a positive employee relations environment.
- Develop and deliver good quality training sessions for employees.
- Lead, develop and deliver a variety of HR-related projects.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in employment practices and leadership relationships.
We are looking for:
- A good understanding of employment legislation.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to provide accurate and timely advice and guidance.
