L&D Coordinator – Farnham
24,000 per annum
This role will be onsite during your probation period then will move to a hybrid working model.
Are you passionate about Learning & Development and looking to kick-start your career? My client is seeking a highly organised and motivated L&D Coordinator to join our team in Farnham.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse L&D/HR projects, including participating in a Business Admin/L&D Apprenticeship. You’ll be responsible for coordinating learning events, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate learning events, manage bookings, and all associated logistics.
- Manage our digital learning platforms and associated data.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials for L&D initiatives.
- Provide first-line support for employee L&D queries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our L&D processes.
