We are looking for an organised and proactive People Coordinator to join a busy People team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration or coordination experience who enjoys employee lifecycle processes and providing first-line HR support. There is potential for the role to be extended, although this can’t be guaranteed.
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, payroll changes, HR systems, and first-line advice on policies and Stage 1 sickness processes. You’ll also work closely with managers to ensure a high-quality HR service while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous HR administration or People Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of the employee lifecycle and onboarding
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using HR systems (iTrent or similar would be beneficial)
