We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy retail business in Tottenham on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You'll be the go-to person for employee relations, supporting managers through everything from absence and performance management to disciplinaries and grievances, whilst also getting involved across the full employee lifecycle.

• Previous HR Advisor experience

• A commercial, pragmatic approach
