Base pay range Interim People Advisor | 12 months FTC | Homebased | £31,500 | Must have access to a car(Please note you must live in or near the Kent area as you may need to go out on site with limited to no notice. Mileage can be claimed back)You will provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and company policies.Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across multiple locationsManage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievancesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiativesEnsure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectivelyPartner with leadership teams to drive employee engagement and retentionAnalyse HR data and trends to support business decisionsTravel to regional sites as requiredRegional HR Advisor — About You Proven experience in an HR/ people advisory role, ideally in a multi-site or regional capacityExperience in the care or charity sector, preferredStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, solutions-focused approach to HR challengesWillingness to travel as neededCIPD qualification (or working towards), preferredPlease note as part of the screening process you will be required to undertake a DBS check.Seniority level AssociateEmployment type Full-timeJob function Human ResourcesIndustries Non-profit Organizations
