We're looking for an organised and proactive People Coordinator to join a busy People team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration or coordination experience who enjoys employee lifecycle processes and providing first-line HR support.

You'll support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, payroll changes, HR systems, and first-line advice on policies and Stage 1 sickness processes. You'll also work closely with managers to ensure a high-quality HR service while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous HR administration or People Coordinator experience
  • Knowledge of the employee lifecycle and onboarding
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using HR systems (iTrent or similar would be beneficial)
