Ashley Kate HR & Finance in City of London is recruiting an HR Business Partner to support a London-based population of around 150 people.

This hands-on, non-standalone role focuses on delivering the people strategy in day-to-day operations.

You'll work in a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 days at home) with senior stakeholders, manage ER cases, recruitment, performance and development initiatives, and provide practical UK employment law guidance.
