We are seeking an experienced
Interim HR Project Advisor
to join a dynamic financial services business for a six-month assignment. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with a strong track record of delivering structured projects, implementing systems, and embedding processes that add real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
  Design and implement recruitment processes, establish a Preferred Supplier List (PSL), and ensure consistency across all hiring activity.
• HR Systems (BambooHR):
  Enhance system utilisation, optimise reporting, and provide training for employees to improve efficiency and adoption.
• Policies and Procedures:
  Review, update, and rewrite HR policies to ensure they are compliant, clear, and fit for purpose.
• Training:
  Deliver system-related training for employees and employee relations training for line managers, ensuring knowledge
