Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit an Interim People Officer for 12 months.

Sheffield based – 2/3 days a week in the office
Up to £29.5k
People Officer Opportunity – Generalist Role
The role will be providing generalist support to employees and managers, whilst working alongside a supportive team. Ensuring HR processes are ran efficiently as well as supporting with ER casework.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supporting with ER casework, predominantly absence management and sickness management.
- Supporting with well-being initiatives.
- Assisting with recruitment when required.
- Stakeholder management.
- Handling policy development and ensuring alignment with best practices.
We are looking for:
- Experience supporting with ER cases, especially Sickness and Absence Management.
- Previous experience gained working as a Generalist.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Experience using HR Systems.
- Ability to start with a quick turnaround.
