A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established organisation operating across South Yorkshire. With around 100 employees and offices in Sheffield, Rotherham, and Barnsley, this is a truly pivotal standalone role where you will shape the HR function and drive forward change.

  • Reviewing all HR processes, policies, and systems to identify efficiencies and improvements.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all HR matters, advising the MD and shareholders.
  • Supporting managers and staff across all three sites with employee relations, performance, and engagement.
  • Ensuring HR practices remain compliant, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
  • Leading on HR Strategy moving forwards.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is confident operating in a standalone HR role with a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities.
  • Has a proven track record of driving change and influencing senior stakeholders.
