Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and project delivery? Weβre looking for a dedicated HR People Partner to join our client, focusing primarily on end-to-end employee relations cases and supporting key organisational projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to finish
- Provide expert ER advice and coaching to managers and senior leaders
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
- Deliver and support HR projects to drive continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted partner, influencing and supporting managers on ER matters
- Maintain strong organisational and case management skills in a fast-paced environment
