Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking an employer with a fantastic people culture, long term career opportunities, who have a passion for their brands and their people? Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting our valued client in the Wigan area as they seek a new HR Advisor to join their team! This business is global and has an extensive portfolio of brands from around the world. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and joining a fantastic team, the HR Advisor will advise, coach and support a number of key stakeholders and management teams, providing a seamless HR service, building strong relationships across the group. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same; we seek a strong HR Advisor from a manufacturing or blue-collar background, who can hit the ground running and form lasting relationships within the group.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advise and coach managers on effective management of ER cases.
- Manage attraction, recruitment and onboarding activity.
- Coach and support managers to attract and recruit the best talent.
- Support with managing performance within teams.
- Review and analyse KPIs, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
- Ensure all Payroll information is submitted accurately and timely.
- Support the HR Business Partner in wider HR projects.
We are looking for:
- Solid experience gained working as a generalist, within a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Experience supporting management with ER cases.
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good UK employment law knowledge.
