This is a specialist HR Business Partner role focused on contingent workforce governance rather than traditional generalist HR.
The Role Partner with stakeholders across multiple European countries to ensure compliant management of agency workers and fixed-term contractors.
Provide expert guidance on agency worker regulations, employment compliance and contractual risk.
Support business growth through acquisitions, helping integrate contingent workforces.
Advise managers on disciplinary and grievance matters relating to agency workers.
Develop and improve HR processes, governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Work closely with HR, legal and operational stakeholders across Europe.
