We're partnering with a well-established brand in North London to recruit an HR Business Partner. If you bring strong ER expertise along with experience in HR analytics, reward, or benefits, this could be the career move you've been waiting for.

In this role, you'll work directly with senior leadership to shape people strategy through data-driven insight. You'll have the opportunity to lead on key initiatives across reward, benefits, and DEI, while also managing and developing a small HR team. Please note hybrid working is NOT available with this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with business leaders to drive performance and influence people decisions through data and insight
  • Leading on reward, benefits, and DEI programmes
  • Identifying and delivering continuous improvements to HR systems, processes, and reporting
  • Managing and developing two direct reports

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, large-scale organisation (800+ employees)
  • Proven line management experience
  • Confidence using HR systems, dashboards, and analytics tools
  • A commercially minded, data-savvy HR professional who puts people at the centre of their work
