New HR & Recruitment Assistant role available in Uxbridge!\\n\\nAshley Kate is delighted to be working with one of our clients as they look to recruit for a HR & Recruitment Assistant on an interim basis for 12 months. \\n\\nJob title – HR & Recruitment Assistant \\nSalary – £28,000 per annum plus £2700 area allowance\\nLocation – Uxbridge\\nWorking pattern – Need to be on site 5 days a week, 3 days a week after 6 months\\nTerm – FTC for 12 months HR & Recruitment Assistant:\\n\\nResponsibilities include:\\n\\n As a member of the HR and Recruitment Team you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below responsibilities:\\n\\nCV screening\\nInterview/assessment day facilitation\\n1st stage, online interview evaluation\\nFace to face interviewing\\nPotential to attend careers fairs and being an ambassador of the business\\nSupport University campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events and materials\\nRecruitment database administration\\nManaging job postings and assembling interview documents\\nHelping to maintain applicant tracking data\\nManaging the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquires\\nHelping to maintain employee database systems\\nHR data entry and administrative support Experience required:\\n\\nMust be educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree – any discipline) – Essential\\nGood knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint\\nExperience in recruitment would be beneficial, but not essential\\nExperience with Salesforce or other ATS would be beneficial, but not essential\\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal – with the ability to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships\\nAbility to accurately document, record and maintain information and data\\nAbility to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgement to resolve problems\\nEnjoy working in a target driven environment\\nIntegrity – the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information \\n\\nIf you are seeking a new and exciting challenge, please do not hesitate to get in touch for more information.\\n\\nPlease contact Darren Keeling on or (phone number removed)\\n\\nAbout Us\\n\\nWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
