HR Manager | London | c£95K | 4 days per week on-site | South East London

Some HR roles are all about looking after one business. This one isn't.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and influencing senior leaders, this is one of those rare opportunities that doesn't come around very often.

We are working with an international investment business looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their central Human Capital team.

Rather than supporting one organisation, you'll partner with a portfolio of established businesses across a range of sectors, helping leadership teams deliver commercially focused people strategies while improving consistency, capability, and performance.

It's a role where you'll genuinely make an impact.

You'll work closely with senior HR leadership, supporting a number of businesses with a broad range of strategic and operational HR initiatives, including:

Complex ER.

Reward and remuneration projects.

HR policy development and governance.

Organisational change.

Leadership coaching and support.

Process improvement.

People projects.

Driving HR best practice across multiple businesses.

This role would suit someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up.

You'll ideally have: A minimum of 10 years' HR experience.

Strong ER experience and confidence managing complex cases.

Experience creating, improving, and embedding HR processes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at senior level.

A pragmatic, commercially minded approach.

The ability to work independently and take ownership.

Strong relationship-building skills and plenty of credibility.

HR Managers who have worked within SME's, where they've had broad exposure across the whole HR function, are particularly well suited.

You'll be working with different leadership teams, different cultures and different commercial challenges, meaning no two days are ever the same.

The business takes a long-term approach to investing in its portfolio, so this isn't about constant acquisitions or short-term change.

It's about helping great businesses become even better by strengthening their people strategy, leadership capability and HR foundations.
