Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Manager based in Birmingham.£34,019 Full time and PermanentPlease note that this is a fully office-based role.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:\\nManage HR administrative tasks working closely with the DGHR.\\nParticipate in the implementation of specific projects, Procedures and guidelines to meet the goals of the organisation.\\nManage and plan the HR needs of the whole organisation.\\nDirect line management of the Business and HR Coordinator.\\nAssist in a range of activities and providing necessary support to the wider HR team.\\nManage the whole employee lifecycle, issuing contracts, preparing job descriptions, carrying out interviews and issuing offer letters.\\nIdentify training and development needs of the whole workforce to address specific training needs.\\nAdminister and collate payroll within deadlines, dealing with any queries relating to payroll.\\nAdhere to compliance, upkeep of documentation inline with the company's HRIS.HR Manager – About you\\nPrevious experience working as a HR Manager.\\nExperience of direct line management is desirable.\\nBe self motivated and have the ability to work under pressure adjusting daily workload as required by the business.\\nStrong communication skills, proactive team player with excellent customer service and problem solving skills.\\nPrevious experience with HR Software.\\nProven experience in Employee Relations case management.\\nConfidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data alongside GDPR.\\nLevel 5 CIPD qualified or working towards.\\nExperience of drawing up employment contracts and policies.HR Administrator – Company Benefits\\nGenerous Annual leave allowance.\\nCompany pension with employer contributions.\\nFlexible working options.\\nStaff development and training programmes.\\nEmployee assistance programme.\\nStaff discounts and complimentary tickets.\\nAccess to complimentary workshops such as yoga, Pottery, dance, theatre and Arts.This is a fantastic role to support a great organisation who are growing.
