Ashley Kate HR & Finance is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Hinckley. This role requires managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, in a people-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD level 3 qualification or be working towards it. You will be the main HR contact for 70 employees and play a significant role in supporting engagement and HR initiatives.
