Head of HR\\n\\nLocation: City of London | 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day WFH (Non-Negotiable)\\n\\nSalary: c.£75,000\\n\\nStart Date: No later than early July (Non-Negotiable)\\n\\nAre you a seasoned HR leader looking for your next challenge in a role that offers real scope to make an impact? We're recruiting for a Head of HR to join a dynamic, medium-sized organisation (c.650 employees) based in the heart of the City. Reporting directly into the senior leadership team and leading a team of five, this role is pivotal in shaping the people strategy while also staying close to day-to-day operations.\\n\\nWhat makes this role unique?\\n\\nIt's a hands-on, visible role in a company that's growing, evolving, and committed to delivering a high-impact people agenda.

You'll have the chance to influence across the business-from office-based teams to those working out on the ground in fast-paced environments such as engineering or FMCG-style settings.\\n\\nWhat we're looking for:\\n\\nA proven HR leader with experience at Manager or Head of HR level\\nStrong track record of managing and developing HR teams\\nComfortable supporting a varied workforce, including field-based staff\\nDeep expertise in complex ER cases, TUPE, restructures, and redundancies\\nDemonstrable experience in organisational change and transformation\\nAn inclusive and engaging leadership style that brings people with you\\nComfortable aligning with the company's values, including a focus on EDIThis is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience to a collaborative, ambitious business at a key point in its growth.\\n\\nPlease note:\\n\\nThis role is office-based four days a week, with one day working from home.
