Ashley Kate HR & Finance is supporting a client in Harrogate to recruit a Training and Recruitment Coordinator.

The role coordinates recruitment, onboarding and training across a large operational workforce, with travel to regional sites approximately 2-3 days per week.

You will work with the Training Manager and hiring managers, handle interviews, onboarding, pre-employment checks, and maintain recruitment records and systems.
