Job Description

Ashley Kate Finance are proud to be partnering with an established and growing manufacturing company, seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business.\\n\\nResponsibilities include:\\n\\nCompletion of Monthly Management and Financial Accounting Activity\\nResponsibility for preparation of the monthly management accounts\\nPreparation of monthly sales and margin reports\\nPreparing cash forecasts\\nPreparing annual budgets and forecasts\\nManaging annual audits\\nOversee Transactional Finance Team ensuring the timely management of Purchase, Sales Ledgers and Payroll\\nAssisting in preparing monthly payroll, PAYE and PensionRequirements:\\n\\nProven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a finance department.\\nStrong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.\\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots, Look Ups, and advanced functions.\\nExperience with Sage Accounting software (preferred).\\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.\\nKnowledge of VAT, payroll, and financial reporting standards.Benefits:\\n\\nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.\\nOpportunities for professional development and growth.\\nA supportive and collaborative work environment. \\n\\nIntermediate MS Excel to include Pivots, Look Ups etc.
