One day you'll be coaching managers through complex ER cases. The next you'll be analysing HR data, supporting reward reviews, improving employee engagement or delivering projects that genuinely make a difference.
- Solid employee relations experience (absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance)
- Experience using HR systems and interpreting people data
