HR Advisor | Southend | £40,000 | Hybrid working – 3 days office, 2 days home Working as part of a supportive HR team, you’ll partner with managers across the business and provide practical, commercially focused advice. Coaching managers through ER matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases Building strong relationships with managers and becoming a trusted point of contact Supporting organisational change and workforce planning Using people data to identify trends and recommend improvements Supporting HR projects that improve both the employee and manager experience Helping to strengthen HR processes, policies and ways of working Strong generalist HR and employee relations experience Experience working with HR systems and people data This role will suit someone who wants to understand how a business operates, not just deliver transactional HR support.
