We are recruiting for a highly visible, delivery-focused onsite L&D Advisor to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the L&D Manager, this role will act as the on-site Learning & Development presence for the Head Office population. You will be front and centre, building strong relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders, and bringing the organisation’s learning offer to life through hands-on delivery and coordination.
Alongside this, you will support the delivery of career development and learning activity across the business:
- Owning and delivering employee inductions and onboarding programmes
- Facilitating learning sessions, workshops and development activity
- Working closely with managers to identify learning needs and drive engagement with development activity
- Providing feedback to the L&D Manager on programme effectiveness, engagement and emerging development needs
- Contributing to the future growth of the L&D team as the function expands
This role will suit a delivery-led L&D professional with strong on-site presence and credibility. You will be confident operating in a visible role and comfortable being the day-to-day face of L&D:
- Confidence facilitating groups at different levels, from early career to experienced professionals
- Exposure to career pathways, progression frameworks, capability models, early careers or talent development programmes
- Solid operational L&D capability, including coordinating learning activity end to end
- Comfortable being on site five days a week and acting as a recognisable point of contact
- Suited to environments where visibility matters, such as head office or customer-centric organisations
- Professional, resilient and discreet, able to support a small and growing L&D function
