We are recruiting for a hands-on HR Operations Manager to support a specialist business unit within a global organisation undergoing change. This is an operational role, acting as the key HR contact for a London-based population, partnering closely with leadership while working within a wider international structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activity
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and talent development
  • Liaise with a central HR/shared services team
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and data are compliant and up to date

About You

  • Experienced HR Manager in the private sector with at least 8 years' experience at Advisory level
  • Strong background in employee relations and restructures, with confidence handling complex cases involving senior members of staff.
  • Experience within a global environment preferred
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
